Guardian Whispers
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Guardian Whispers handles information at guardianwhispers.com. Effective August 9, 2026.
Information we collect
When you request newsletter emails, we collect your email address, optional first name, consent choice, and operational timestamps. We may also process short-lived security information needed to prevent abuse.
The reflection runs from the choices you make. The current experience stores answers and the generated result only in session storage in your browser so the result can survive a refresh or a visit to a legal page. We do not send full answers or reflection text to analytics.
How we use information
We use contact information to send requested confirmation and newsletter messages, maintain site-specific consent records, prevent misuse, and comply with valid legal obligations.
Newsletter enrollment requires an affirmative checkbox and a confirmation step. You can withdraw consent using the unsubscribe link in an email.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website, Supabase may store contact and consent records, and MailerLite may deliver confirmation and newsletter messages. Optional privacy-conscious analytics may be enabled only through configuration and must not receive names, email addresses, full answers, or reflection text.
These providers may process data in locations where they operate. Their own privacy terms and safeguards apply to their processing.
Retention and your choices
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to legal, security, and dispute-resolution needs. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information, or withdraw consent, through the contact page.
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Questions or privacy requests can be directed through our contact page.
